Condolences to Bob's friends and family. Had great respect for this man's views and advice.
Rest in peace Bob, you will be greatly missed.

Gerard---Donegal, Ireland
I enjoyed Bob's contribution every Saturday morning on Technofile. He will be missed,,, and I will greatly miss his presence on the show. He will be hard to replace.

Edward
Bob was an extremely talented guy who loved to use his skills for the benefit and enjoyment of many people. He would do this even in the face of oppression from the authorities and risk of prosecution. Although it cost me my job and everything I had, I consider it my great privilege to have stood beside Bob Tomalski in court, and have it recorded that I had been an accomplice to the most talented, best informed and enjoyable broadcaster in modern times.
Bob was always a center of attraction at his local pub in Mitcham, and I enjoyed his company immensely.
Bob, you'll be sadly missed.

I was very sorry to hear of the death of Bob. I rarely missed Technofile and found his presentation of new products very refreshing. He was so enthusiastic about his work and his style gave you a feeling of comfort and trust.
His family must be devastated. My condolences to them and may he rest in peace.

Tony.
It's such a great shock to hear of the sudden demise of Bob. As an ardent Technofile fan here in Sri Lanka, I keenly followed his segment with keen interest.
My deepest condolences to his family and friends,
May he rest in peace,

Buddhika from Sri Lanka.
It was with great sadness that I heard the news of the passing of Technofile's "Gadget-Guru". His infectious personality, and comprehensive & authoritative knowledge of consumer electronics will be sorely missed. Technofile, and especially Bob's reviews, were something I looked forward to every Saturday morning ( even though I work, I always make sure I record the show & watch it as soon as I get home ).

We were both very shocked and saddened by the recent tragic news. Bob had been a good friend of ours for about 20 years. We had some GREAT times. Perhaps our most memorable is of the Nags Head Mitcham in the early eighties, where fellow radio amateurs and enthusiasts would regularly meet for a pint and a chat on a Sunday evening.
You will be sadly missed Bob. Rest in Peace.

Bob was a close friend who will be sadly missed by Shamshi (Sue) and myself. He was always most knowledgeable and kind.

We were extremely saddened to learn that Bob was no longer with us, only a few days before, we were sitting in his local pub, enjoying our regular techno-banter over a few pints. Bob's enthusiasm for technology was amazing, I remember listening to him on LBC years ago when he had his evening slot; how wonderful that he went on to enlighten millions of people via Radio and Television.
Bob was a close friend to us over that last six years or so, and we shall remember him with much fondness.

I knew Bob at first through amateur radio (my callsign is G7MKC). At once he struck me as a very talented and very friendly man. His many talents and his friendly nature will be greatly missed by myself and many other people. May
he rest in peace.
